How do you pick which plumbers I see?
The results you see are randomized or shuffled each time you search. We like to keep it fair for the plumbers.
What if I have a water emergency right now?
Use our Water Emergency feature to connect quickly with our water damage specialist servicing Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. We are expanding Water Emergency coverage in more states.
What if no one's in my area yet?
We're expanding coverage each week. You can search by the next closest City or ZIP Code. A lot of plumbers will expand service coverage to help.
How do I know these plumbers are good?
We look for small to midsize plumbers with ties to the communities they serve. They tend to be family run and local, often generational. Their phone number and website are a click away on our site. We are the relay station to them.
Will plumbers see my contact information?
No. PlumbingAI does not collect or share your personal information. You contact plumbers directly using our features like Quick Search and Plumber Profiles. We connect you as fast as we can.
What is AskPAI?
AskPAI is our AI assistant that gives you quick answers to general plumbing questions. It's smart, getting smarter. Ask questions. A plumber is just a click or tap away.
Can I see reviews of plumbers on your site?
We don't display public reviews on our site. You can see reviews from their own site. Our focus is on getting you to them quickly.
Why don't you have every plumber in my city?
We focus on quality small-to-medium, community-based plumbing companies and are adding more every week. If you know of one we should add, please let us know.
How do you make money?
Plumbers pay a simple flat monthly rate to be listed. No commissions, bidding advantage or pay-per-lead charges.
Do I need to create an account to use PlumbingAI?

Why do my search results change every time?
Search results rotate to keep things equal and fair for all listed plumbers.
How do I know if a plumber serves my neighborhood?
Quick Search shows plumbers who serve your ZIP Code or City. To verify they cover your specific address or neighborhood, check their website or give them a call.
Can I search by city instead of ZIP?
Yes you can. A city search will give more results. A ZIP Code search is more targeted to your area.
Why do some plumbers have photos or videos?
Plumber Profiles photos and videos are optional. Some plumbers upload them right away; others update over time.
Do you verify plumber licenses?
We check license information where possible, but users should confirm directly with the plumber as well.
Does PlumbingAI recommend certain plumbers?
No. We don't promote or rank plumbers. Every listing gets equal visibility.
Can I report an issue with a listing?
Yes. You can reach out to us for any reason. Use our Contact Us page. We welcome your thoughts.
Will PlumbingAI ever offer messaging or scheduling?
No. We think of ourselves as a relay station or a cut-off man in baseball. We want you to get to plumber's websites or phone as fast as possible.

How do I get listed?
Sign up on our Plumber Free Trial page, submit your info, and your company will start showing up in search results.
Can I upload photos and videos?
Yes. You can upload up to 3 photos and 1 video. Clean, simple, just enough to get to know you.
Do users contact me directly or through the platform?
Directly. They see you on our platform, then call you or visit your website. The sooner we get them to you, the better. We stay out of the way.
Can I edit my profile after I sign up?
Yes. Log in to your account and update your photos, video, and contact info anytime.
How do I get more visibility?
You can't buy more visibility. The results are randomized to stay fair. But you can promote that you're on PlumbingAI.com. Tell customers, mention it in your marketing, or add a link from your website. The more we grow together, the better.
Can I choose my position in search results?
No. Positions are randomized every time to ensure fairness.
Does PlumbingAI edit my media?
No. Media is displayed as you upload it. You can replace it anytime.
What if my phone number changes?
You can update it instantly from your profile dashboard.
Can my team access our profile?
Yes. You can share your login.
Does PlumbingAI track my calls?
No. Calls go straight to your phone. We don't intercept or monitor them.
Can I temporarily hide my profile?
